Register for a yoga class

To register for a class, please complete and submit the below form. If you do not receive an email confirming that you have submitted the form, then please email me at contact@mikesyogashed.com.au.

Terms and Conditions for participating in yoga classes provided by Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd

1. Participation and risks. I acknowledge and understand that yoga classes involve physical exertion and may pose a risk of injury. I assume all risks of personal injury, death, and property damage or loss arising from, or related to, my participation in yoga classes provided by Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd and its yoga instructors. 

2. Medical clearance. I represent and warrant that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in yoga classes. If I have any health conditions, I warrant that I have consulted a relevant medical professional about my participation in yoga classes and I have received their approval to participate.

3. Pre-existing conditions and modifications. If I have any pre-existing medical conditions, limitations, or injuries, then I will modify poses and exercises to reduce the chance of exacerbating these conditions, and I will immediately stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

4. Release of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd and its yoga instructors from any and all claims, demands, suits, costs, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of, or related to, my participation in yoga classes. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for property damage or loss, personal injury, and death.

5. Class etiquette. I agree to arrive on time, respect the instructor and other participants, and refrain from disruptive behavior during class.

6. Payment. I agree to pay the class fee for each class I attend in accordance with the reasonable payment instructions given by Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd from time to time.

7.  Age. If I am under the age of 18, I agree to only attend yoga classes provided by Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd if accompanied by my parent or legal guardian, or I have the informed and written consent of my parent or legal guardian. 

8. Entire agreement. I agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement I have with Mike's Yoga Shed Pty Ltd with respect to the subject matter, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Governing law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

10. Severability. If any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision, or part thereof, will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

11. Legal effect. I agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
